April and November are our DW Specialists‘ most-recommended months. Both sit at the edges of peak season, with excellent weather, real cost savings versus December to March, and better resort availability.

Should we get married on a weekend or a weekday?

A Friday or Saturday wedding requires the fewest vacation days for most guests, which typically improves turnout. Weekday destination weddings can offer lower resort rates but demand more PTO from your group.

How far in advance should we book our destination wedding?

10 to 12 months out for groups of 30 or more. Six to eight months for groups of 20 or fewer. Peak-season dates at popular resorts book up 12 to 18 months in advance.

Can we book two dates as a backup?
