Not every couple chooses to have a traditional reception for their destination wedding, but those that do often want to take advantage of the same beautiful scenery that they had for their ceremony.

During my recent visit to the Occidental Grand in Aruba I was amazed at the amount of options for receptions that are possible.  Being a beach fan myself, I had to do a post on the beach options at the Occidental for Aruba weddings.

The Occidental has a great area on the beach for receptions.  They have very tastefully hidden lights on the palm trees around the area, and have a wide variety of styles to choose from that match the natural colors of the area.
