For Danielle and Travis, a destination wedding ended up being the perfect way to celebrate their new beginning. Venues were cheaper from the ones they found in Arizona, plus the flight to their resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico was an easy ride.
Danielle and Travis were married at Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa. They exchanged vows on a white-sand beach then celebrated with loved ones in a beautiful reception. Everything about their special day was “truly magical” and exceeded expectations.
Besides their wedding, the couple enjoyed opportunities to explore Mexico. They took a guided tour of the Tulum Ruins, swam in a cenote, and went scuba diving!
For others looking to plan a destination wedding, Danielle and Travis recommend taking several days after the wedding to unwind and relax. Leading up to the big day takes an emotional toll, so it will be worth having that extra time once the festivities are over!
